BVT Sweden designs control valves for the hardest jobs in a steam plant: turbine bypass, steam conditioning, desuperheating and isolation. The company was founded by a group of senior valve engineers, many of them former BTG and CCI people, in Säffle, a town that's been building steam conditioning valves since the 1920s.
Every BVT valve is optimised for its operating conditions on a per-order basis. You're not getting something pulled off a shelf and hoping for the best.
This is where BVT comes into its own. Because the team came from BTG and CCI, BVT makes spare and retrofit parts that are 100% fit-form-function compatible with IMI CCI / BTG equipment. That covers plugs, seats, cages, bonnets, sealing kits and spray nozzles, including direct replacements for BTG OP nozzles.
They also don't just replace the original part. If a trim keeps wearing or eroding, BVT can redesign or upgrade it so it lasts longer and controls better.
